With our mid-term pathways, you’ll build deep friendships across cultures, grow in faith and character, and experience the challenge and joy of serving globally.

Serve in a vibrant university town shaped by deep Filipino culture, colonial history, and a strong spiritual openness. Alongside Filipino staff and leaders, you’ll build relationships with students, grow in cross-cultural ministry, and help share the hope of the gospel.
Join the Navigator work in Leicester, a diverse city in the heart of England where the nations are truly on the doorstep. You’ll help relaunch student disciplemaking work on two campuses while learning what it means to make disciples for a lifetime.
If you already have a connection with a Navigator team overseas, we’d love to help you explore what it could look like to partner with them for two to three years. You would receive the same support and training as iEDGE program participants, but with a more tailored path to the field.
