Our Leaders

Navigators World Missions leaders are our “Home Team.” They work in the United States, but their hearts and their travels take them overseas. Our Home Team members are committed to developing, shepherding, and partnering well with overseas field staff who are living and discipling among the nations. They provide support in many different areas, including:

• Mobilization: Nurturing God’s call on people’s lives, helping get the right people to the right places at the right times.  

• Staff Care: Providing counsel, in-person visits, and other resources to help overseas workers thrive in cross-cultural environments.

• Operations: Managing budgets, finances, administrative processes, and other behind-the-scenes work on behalf of Navigators World Missions.
