Southeast Asia University – Central Plains (Summer 2025)

This exciting trip focuses on a young campus ministry in a major Southeast Asian city within a Buddhist culture. You will live on campus, giving you daily exposure to university students. The trip’s goal is to bring new students into the campus ministry, and also disciple young believers that are studying the Bible with our host.

Your initial contact with the unreached students will be in classrooms as you lead fun conversational English activities. Then you’ll have daily opportunities to build on these relationships as you share life-on-life with them during meals, sports, and just hanging out.

Cultural exploration will expose you to famous historical sites, as well as a rural mountain village where a Business as Missions ministry operates a successful factory to employ the local villagers. A weekend trip to this mountain village will open your eyes to a totally different rural culture seldom seen by foreigners.

This trip will be challenging because you will be balancing classroom time as well as campus ministry. It will take your dependence on God to a whole new level as you

learn to trust and depend on Him rather than on yourself. The Asian students are so responsive, and they will reward you greatly with meaningful relationships as you build this young ministry and watch God do amazing things in their lives as well as yours!
