Job Description

Come join a groundbreaking pioneering initiative to see a gospel movement among focus people in this South Asian country. This initiative has been one of the top three international priorities for the Navigators for the past 3 years. As the first team prepares to launch, we're already trusting God to see additional teams launched into new locations. This vision requires new laborers with all kinds of gifting! The country has over 180 million focus people, and very few nationals or expat believers are seeking to reach them with the gospel. We need all types of cross-cultural laborers, but in these early stages we especially need pioneer-entrepreneur types and those with business experience and/or passion. Start with 18-24 months of language and culture study, ministry training and experience, and professional identity development, most likely through business. Then dive deeper into engaging focus people family networks and seek to bring the good news into households through love, good works, and the Word.
