Job Description

Over half of the population of this Central Asian country is under the age of 25 and many of them attend the nearby university. Work alongside the Campus Director in investigating, creating, and growing a multiplying movement on specific university campuses where it is hoped to see a gospel movement launch from this strategic segment of the population. Desired character traits include Christ-likeness in all aspects of life and ministry, strong walk with God, servant and humble heart, and God-honoring and healthy family life. Responsibilities include walking with God and living as a servant of Jesus Christ among family, friends, and colleagues; teaching, modeling, and upholding the Navigators’ Calling and Core Values; being a lifelong learner; and developing relationships of trust and networks of friendship in the context of the local culture.




Navigators Experience Level:


Professional Skills:

​Language learning, English teaching, and sports are beneficial skills. A TESOL certification or degree in English is helpful. A Master’s Degree in any subject is very helpful.

Language Learning:

​Language learning is part of your entry identity. Expected to spend 10-20 hours/week on language in the 1st two years.
