Short-Term Missions Trip to Zambia: Community Development & Campus Ministry

Dedicate a portion of your summer to living and discipling among the people of Zambia. Reach out to college students through relational campus evangelism and encourage local believers as you spend a week in rural Zambia, living in mud-thatched huts with no running water or electricity. You can expect to grow in teamwork, cross-cultural engagement and dependence on Christ.

As well as serving with our team in campus and rural ministry, you will also attend the Zambian National Conference. At the conference, you will join the Zambian Navigator staff as they share strategies, prayer needs and updates on the work currently taking place in Zambia. You will have a wonderful opportunity to hear from and network with seasoned ministry workers. Allow your worldview to be challenged and stretched as you begin to see how God might want to use you in His plan to reach the nations.

The following list includes the main focuses of your trip:

  • Relational evangelism on campus
  • Organize events to connect students
  • One week in rural Zambia
  • Zambian National Conference

Zambia has a need for holistic ministry – ministry that focuses on transforming the three major spheres of life: physical, emotional and spiritual. As you immerse yourself in a different culture and work closely among the poor and broken-hearted, you will see God’s hand at work. Not only through your service to others, but also in your own heart.

Come alongside us this summer and discover the plans God has for you and for the world!
